She joins veteran titans Michael Voltaggio and Brooke Williamson on the competition series that sees one eager chef take on all three titans for a $25,000 prize. "Her food is dynamite," host Bobby Flay tells PEOPLE of Nurdjaja. "The competing chefs underestimated who she was, which was the greatest thing to watch, because she just brought it.
