Ben Higgins is officially a dad! The former Bachelor, 35, and his wife, Jessica Clarke, have welcomed their first baby together and shared the news on Instagram. "Update and more to come, but baby girl Higgins has entered the world," Higgins wrote next to a photo of himself looking emotional as he stared at his newborn daughter. Clarke held their baby as she laid in a hospital bed. "She is healthy.
