Nick Carter faces new legal woes after he was accused of raping a woman multiple times after they began having sex when she was 19. The 45-year-old Backstreet Boys singer is being sued for sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress by a woman named Laura Penly, who also claims that he gave her multiple sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), according to documents obtained by TMZ.
