Cassie has requested the judge in the upcoming trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs nix a request the embattled music mogul made for her to surrender financial records and a book she penned about her relationship with him. The actress-model, 38, has made efforts to convince the court to scuttle a subpoena she said Combs' team served her with March 19, TMZ reported Thursday. The Me & U singer said Diddy's team made demands she turn into them 'all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals or notes.
