Miley Cyrus was smiling as she stepped out in New York City on Sunday, a short time after it was revealed her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, was dating actress Elizabeth Hurley. The singer, 32, wore a loose fitting brown sweater as she stepped into a car with boyfriend Maxx Morando, who was spotted wearing dark sunglasses. Her highlighted blonde hair was styled in a loos bun atop her head with short bangs covering her forehead.
