Illegal migrant's outrageous defense for setting woman on fire on NYC subway
A 33-year-old illegal migrant who set a stranger on fire on a New York City subway told officers he was drunk at the time and couldn't remember it. Sebastian Zapeta-Calil has been charged with murder and arson in the first degree after the woman, who has not yet been named, burned to death on the F train in Brooklyn on Sunday morning. Police said Zapeta-Calil lit the unnamed passenger on fire as she slept on board the train before sitting back to watch her burn as she leaned dying on the carriage door.
